This graphic print trend on sweaters, tees, sweatshirts, etc. is everywhere and some may seem Junior-ish but I can’t help but love them. They’re so darn cute and irresistible. I haven’t been of the Junior set for a long time now but there are ways to wear trendy teen-like stuff in a more mature or classic way without looking like you’re trying too hard. Like the sample sets below, paired with a blazer, a nice cardigan, or vest (like the set above) and layered with a plaid or gingham button down shirt – these critter print jumpers can give an outfit an unexpected hint of fun as the prints peek out from your completer piece. There are higher end pieces out there with a hefty price tag and there are also more affordable options that won’t break the bank. The owl sweater in the set above is from JCPenney’s currently on sale for $19. They have multiple other options here from $17 to $33. The sets below are some of my inexpensive picks (and how I would style them), a couple of which I already own and have been loving!
These can bring a burst of color and fun to our sometimes dreary Fall/Winter season so have at it – try the trend and put a smile on your face everytime you pass a mirror. That’s it for now!
