Over the weekend, I had a chance to stop at our local outlet mall to check out any worthwhile sales as my Lulu and Boo prepare to go back to school. My youngest Lulu is going on a track system at her school starting this year…she goes back this week. This new year-round school calendar will take some getting used to but it’s much needed as her school is busting at the seams, with more and more new houses being built in our area.
Of course, original intent aside, I stumbled across some great bargains for myself:
1) Gap khaki shorts 4″ inseam — these are the perfect length for me; appropriate for a mom of 2 tween girls…so comfy and a perennial summer favorite.
2) J.Crew Factory Jackie Cardigan – originally $70, on sale for $30 + additional 50% off brought it down to $15 (woohoo!). Love the seahorse print in robin egg blue
3) Michael Kors Navy/White Dot Sweater – originally $80, on sale for $40 + additional 50% off brought it down to $20 (crazy!). This sweater is lightweight enough for Spring/Summer but will also work great for layering in the cooler months and who doesn’t love white dots on navy?
