About 5 months ago I took a chance and picked up the Target brand Up & Up foundation brush. I thought at $7, why not? To my pleasant surprise, I ended up really loving this brush. It’s quite dense and so easy to use. I use it for both liquid foundation and stick foundation. It is amazing with the Bobbi Brown foundation stick…the application is fabulous. For the price, it’s such a great value. So this weekend, I picked up the other tapered foundation brush for the same price. I can’t wait to use it for harder to maneuver areas like around the nose and under the eye area.
I also have the Sonia Kashuk (another Target store brand) flat top synthetic multi purpose brush, slightly pricier at $16 but also worth it. I love using this brush for applying or buffing mineral powder or finishing powder.
By the way, most of the Real Techniques make up brushes are on sale online at Target at about 30% off….I didn’t even know Target carried this brand online. Wished they had them in store. Well..enjoy your week! That’s it for now!
