This time of the year is fraught with budget killers for me…back to school shopping, Fall must haves, and the ever tempting end of summer season sales. I went to Gap over the weekend, to see how their boyfriend jeans fit (they don’t fit me that well, btw) and instead, picked up a few sale items. The marked down summer items were an additional 30% off..the three items pictured above came to a total of $23 + tax. I love the sandals ($10 with 30% off)…so comfy. I already have it in the camel leather version so for $10, it was too good to pass up – I can wear this up until end of September and then again next summer. The bracelet is such a classic easy piece and only $4. Lastly, love these neon pink shorts…again something that I can wear every summer (only $9).
So my rule about end of summer season sales is not to go nuts and only pick up items that I can wear again next year, nothing too trendy. That’s it for now…enjoy your week!
