Heading out to brunch this morning with my Boo and Lulu, I was inspired by Pinterest to wear my $4 boyfriend jeans from Old Navy. And coincidentally, almost all of the things I decided to wear are incredible deals I scored either recently or years ago:
Old Navy jeans – $4 at clearance rack; the fit of this sweetheart style is so flattering especially for my mama pooch. It magically made my tummy area look and feel a little flatter. Go “figure”…$4 and I can skip a few sit-ups 😉
Michael Kors crossbody – $20 at Nordstrom Rack (2+ years ago)
Coach wedge – $40 at TJMaxx (last month)
Tee – $5 my actual tee is from Forever 21; they always have some version of this basic (years ago)
Leather Belt – $15 from The Limited; this belt is perfection….I love the detail of the loop and the supple camel colored leather….such a great buy! Also comes in black. (Purchased last month and BTW, everything is 50% off for regular priced items and additional 40% off sale items in store and online.)
The only exception is the solitaire pearl necklace from Anthropologie…I spotted this in their recent catalogue and had to have it. I love pearls…and the combined simplicity and audacity of this necklace with the oversized pearl pendant made me want it from the moment I saw it. And I was right…love it!!
Altogether, the outfit is fun and comfy…a great combo any day 🙂 Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!
